Pacific Swordfish is back in the smokers at The Fish Market for a limited time only. We will be featuring our smoked swordfish appetizer on the menu and out of the retail market for a short duration as local supplies, good weather and fishing luck last. This premium fish came from the Morro Bay area, off the central coast of California, and was smoked in our facility in South San Francisco.

Swordfish when smoked takes on an appealing, deep golden color. As with our other "hot-smoked" fish, it is prepared in the mild, traditional European method, using a blend of hickory and sugar maple woods. The end result with swordfish is a meaty, flavorful and yet fish that you are sure to enjoy. Call The Fish Market near you to ask about availability.
