Mother's Day arrives this Sunday alongside the beginning of the seasons for many of the great Pacific fisheries. From Alaska to Baja California, The Fish Market will offer the widest selection of seasonal, fresh fish as it is available.

A special item we plan to feature for Mother's Day is Pan-fried Halibut with White Truffle Emulsion. It sounds really good, and it is. Moms can also find fresh, seasonal offerings like King Salmon, Swordfish, Sablefish (in Northern California), White Seabass and Yellowtail (in Southern California), among others.
