Dean Betts Signed Cookbooks

Dean Betts, one of The Fish Market original founders, chef and author of The Fish Market Cookbook, has spent the summer updating the menu of our Top of the Market restaurant in San Mateo. Before he heads back to New Zealand for a well-deserved rest, Dean plans to devote a few days in both Northern and Southern California to greeting guests and signing cookbooks. The cookbook signing schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday, September 29th and Wednesday, September 30th, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm, in Palo Alto.
- Thursday, October 1st and Friday, October 2nd, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm, in Del Mar.
Look for Dean seated casually at the Oyster Bar when entering the Palo Alto and Del Mar restaurants. Aside from signing your new book (which you can purchase for only $16.95, while supplies last), he will be available to answer your questions, provide tips, get re-acquainted and discuss Fish Market lore.
