WINES TO PAIR WITH FISH

BUBBLES:

Gruet Brut Sparkling Wine, $42 now $17: apple & citrus notes with an impressively full body. takes your shrimp cocktail to the next level

Piper Sonoma Brut Rose, $37 now $20: just picked berries with a delicate dry finish. pairs well with salmon ceviche.

WHITES:

Francis Ford Coppola Pinot Grigio, $37 now $14: crisp, bright Northern Italian style without the import tax. white fish, shrimp alfredo, smoked salmon benedict

Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc, 41 now $20: grapefruit, fresh-snipped greens & balance. try with a seafood curry or thai-style shrimp rolls

ITS #CHARDONMAY! Tag us when you post your purchase and we’ll repost it.

Kendall-Jackson Vintner’s Reserve Chardonnay, California, $40 now $17: America’s #1 Chardonnay for a reason! make it special with lobster tail or easy with our New England clam chowder

La Crema Chardonnay, $41 now $20: meyer lemon, all things tropical, a long finish. with a cheese plate, dungeness crab or pan-sauteed petrale sole (splash some in if you have a sip to spare!)

Rombauer Chardonnay, $85 now $45: rich, round, creamy – you get it. how do king crab legs sound for tonight? pretty much anything dipped in butter will pair, but don’t underestimate elevating a simple tuna salad with Rombauer either

REDS:

MacMurray Pinot Noir, Central Coast, California, $37 now $16: red cherry and nuances of vanilla. pinot noir and grilled salmon are pretty much soul mates

Rabble Red Blend, $18 now $18: raspberry, chocolate & spice. we know you’re not buying your steak from us, but hey, even fisherman love a cab sometimes

Tobin James ‘Rock & Roll’ Syrah, $45 now $16: berries, smoked & a wildly spicy finish. roast halibut with hard herbs & mushrooms for a surprise pairing

Hess Allomi Cabernet Sauvignon, $69 now $30: single vineyard, Napa Valley (that’s enough, right?) avoid citrus & cream sauces in favor of a simply grilled filet and you’ll be okay to enjoy this can with any fresh catch
