Feliz Cinco de Mayo & Happy Taco Tuesday, Fish Fam! This double holiday certainly calls for a margarita. We’re keeping it simple and sharing our classic Market Marg recipe:
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Patron Reposado Tequila
1.5 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz Agave syrup, store bought then diluted with hot water in a 1:1 ratio
.5 oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur
.5 oz Fresh squeezed orange juice (optional for a slightly ‘juicier’ marg)
Kosher salt & lime wedge for garnish
Directions:
Rim your glass with lime juice and roll the outside in coarse salt. Fill with ice and set aside. Fill a shaker (a mason jar will do!) with ice and add all ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wedge. Add tacos. Celebration accomplished!
