Dads are justifiably proud to showcase their mastery of the grill on any average weekend. This weekend, however, we like the idea of giving Dad some time off and allowing us to do the work.

The Fish Market’s signature mesquite grills will be fired up for Father’s Day, featuring the freshest fish and finest seafood broiled just inches above the fire to seal in flavor and juices. Imagine a moist and flaky filet of halibut fresh from the cold waters of Alaska, or meaty and juicy Pacific swordfish, grilled to perfection. Plump and succulent Sea of Cortez prawns, South American lobster tails, and Atlantic sea scallops are also grill favorites and part of the many varieties that make up the extensive Fish Market menu.
