When you become a Fish Market manager you will be exposed to the many aspects and daily challenges a successful management team faces. A Fish Market manager ensures the superior dining experience each of our guests can expect to receive when they choose our restaurant. Other responsibilities of a manager include daily shift responsibilities, all aspects of departmental management including hiring, training, scheduling and supervising employees. Managers are responsible for all aspects of food quality and sanitation on an ongoing basis. Fish Market managers also contribute to the many financial aspects of running a financially solid and successful business.
Management Training Program As a manager-in-training you will receive approximately 12 weeks of in depth training in all aspects of management at the Fish Market. During the first part of your training you will have the opportunity to get a feel for each of our hourly positions and your role in managing them. Your training will also include extensive education in seafood and all of the products we offer. You will become a seafood specialist. You will also be exposed to the many other parts of a manager’s job at the Fish Market.
